The  Concise  Mandatory Professional Examination (CMPE) is  One comprehensive exam required to obtain the RPA (Registered Professional Accountant) designation. It assesses your knowledge and skills in key areas of accounting, including:

1. Financial Accounting
2. Management Accounting
3. Taxation
4. Data Analytics for Accountants

Only two pathways are eligible to write the Concise MPE: the Experienced Accountant Pathway and the Non-Designation Practitioner Pathway. Students or college graduates are not eligible for this pathway. Passing the MPE is a crucial step in achieving the RPA designation, demonstrating your proficiency in the core competencies required for professional accounting practice.

The exams are scheduled biannually in June and November.
