RPA Logo Usage Guidelines for Members and Practitioners

The RPA logo represents professionalism, excellence, and trust in the accounting field. To maintain its integrity, all members and practitioners must adhere to these guidelines:

  Only active and authorized members, practitioners, and firms in good standing with RPA Canada are permitted to use the RPA logo.
• Purpose:
  The logo must represent affiliation with RPA Canada in a professional and ethical manner. Misleading or misrepresentative use is prohibited.
• Approval:
  Prior written approval from RPA Canada is required for using the logo in new formats or contexts.

2. Design and Placement

• Colors:
  Use the official logo colors provided by RPA Canada. Black-and-white versions are permissible only for grayscale print materials.
• Size and Proportions:
  Maintain the logo’s original proportions without distortion. Ensure a clear space equivalent to 25% of its height around the logo.
• Placement:
  The logo should appear prominently on professional materials like business cards, official documents, websites, email signatures, and marketing materials. It must not be near offensive, unethical, or unprofessional content.

3. Permitted Use Cases

The logo may be used in the following contexts:

• Business Materials:
  Business cards, brochures, letterheads, flyers, and office signage for registered practices.
• Digital Media:
  Professional websites, email signatures (accompanied by the user’s designation and contact information), and online portfolios.
• Social Media:
