Refund Policy for Mistaken Purchases
If you accidentally make a purchase and request a refund, RPA will process the refund with a $35 deduction as a processing fee. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
